Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Manager of Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics to drive change across the revenue cycle. You will collaborate with operational leaders, IT, and analytics to improve KPIs and deliver high-impact programs.

Responsibilities include leading program rollouts, designing work plans, and ensuring stakeholder alignment to resolve data and system gaps. Remote work opportunities are available for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years Revenue Cycle experience; advanced degree is optional.
• 2+ years of management experience and 2+ years in reporting/analytics preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC and cross-functional collaboration with IT and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead change initiatives across the revenue cycle with KPI-focused improvements.
• Manage major program rollouts including policy, technology, and process changes with detailed work plans.
• Identify data or system gaps, align stakeholders, and ensure timely progress of initiatives.
