You will lead franchise partners, payers, and patients with a commitment to compliant revenue cycle operations.

The role emphasizes developing a high-performing team, coaching supervisors, meeting KPIs, and ensuring accurate payroll and escalation handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of home infusion therapy experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams to manage referrals, authorizations, billing, and collections.
• Drive KPI achievement and staffing optimization.
• Provide coaching and annual reviews, with performance counseling as needed.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and escalation handling for partners and patients.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for revenue cycle processes.
• Foster a culture of outstanding customer service.
