Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of home infusion therapy experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of Management experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage multiple teams in processing new patient referrals, insurance benefit investigation, prior authorizations, billing, and collections depending on area of responsibility.
• Manage resource allocations to meet KPIs and track workload distribution.
• Coach and mentor Supervisors and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and act as escalation point for complaints.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for responsibilities area.
• Foster customer service through training and staff mentoring.
• Audit transactions for accuracy and compliance; identify training opportunities.
• Interview and select staff to meet business needs.
