Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a senior Revenue Cycle Leader to manage reimbursement activities across infusion and specialty pharmacy units. The role focuses on account management, authorizations, intake, billing, collections, and timely revenue collection from payers, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or similar; medical billing and accounts receivable experience preferred.
• Minimum 10 years Revenue Cycle Management experience with 5 years leadership in a home infusion setting.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and monitor metrics to ensure the right team is in place and trained for revenue cycle functions.
• Review transactions, audits, deposits, and reconciliations; own data integrity for decision making.
• Define analytics to identify productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction improvements.
• Track key financial, quality, and productivity metrics; propose performance enhancements.
• Facilitate team discussions and root cause analyses to drive permanent improvements.
• Partner with payers to understand preferences and ensure compliant intake and billing processes.
• Provide mentorship to develop a leadership team through effective communication and coaching.
• Develop staffing plans within budgets to achieve financial metrics.
