Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a Senior Reimbursement Manager to oversee reimbursement activities across infusion and specialty pharmacy units, including referrals, authorizations, billing, and collections.

You will cultivate top-tier customer service in interactions with franchise partners, payers, and patients, while building a strong team to ensure timely reimbursement and regulatory compliance as the foundation of revenue cycle policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of home infusion therapy experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams in processing referrals, insurance benefit investigation, prior authorizations, billing, and collections; up to 60 people.
• Allocate resources to meet KPIs; assess staffing needs.
• Drive financial and department metrics through leadership and accountability.
• Provide 1:1 coaching and mentoring with Supervisors; conduct annual reviews.
• Monitor payroll accuracy and timely processing.
• Act as escalation point for supervisor and franchise partner/patient complaints.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
• Foster customer service excellence through training and feedback.
• Audit transactions for compliance and accuracy; identify training needs.
• Interview and hire staff to form an effective team.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
