Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle. You will extract data from PMS systems, validate outputs, and help define standardized KPI metrics to enable data-driven decisions.

Collaborating with Revenue Cycle leadership and the Business Intelligence team, you will help design dashboards in Power BI, audit reports for accuracy, and promote consistent data definitions across systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, revenue cycle operations, or related healthcare/dental analytics.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows and KPIs preferred.
• Experience with practice management systems such as Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation) required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Extracts and compiles data from PMS to support reporting needs.
• Validates Power BI reports against source data for accuracy.
• Defines KPI requirements and reporting methodologies with leadership.
• Supports dashboard design and refinement with BI teams.
• Monitors data quality and data integrity across systems.
