Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle. You will extract data from practice management systems, validate outputs, and collaborate with leadership to define KPI requirements and reporting standards.

You will work with Power BI and analytics teams to build dashboards, audit outputs against source data, and standardize KPI definitions across teams, enabling data-driven decisions across revenue cycle

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, revenue cycle operations, or related healthcare/dental analytics roles.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows and key performance metrics.
• Experience with practice management systems such as Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and/or Open Dental.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Extracts and compiles data from practice management systems to support operational reporting.
• Picks ad hoc and recurring manual reports for Revenue Cycle leadership, Finance, and Operations.
• Partners with Revenue Cycle leadership to define KPI requirements and performance tracking methods.
• Works with Power BI and analytics teams to design, develop, and refine dashboards and reports.
• Validates Power BI reports against source PMS data to ensure accuracy.
• Identifies discrepancies across systems and coordinates cross-functional resolution.
