SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle. You will partner with leadership and BI teams to ensure accurate, actionable metrics from PMS systems.

The role involves extracting data from PMS, validating outputs, identifying gaps, and helping standardize KPI definitions and reporting methods. Remote work is eligible for several states.

Formación

• 2+ years in data analysis, reporting, or healthcare analytics.
• Experience with practice management systems (PMS) preferred.
• Proficient in Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Extracts and compiles data from PMS to support reporting needs.
• Pulls ad hoc and recurring reports for leadership and operations.
• Partner with leadership to define KPI requirements and tracking methods.
• Support design and refinement of dashboards and reporting outputs with Power BI.
• Validate reports against source data to ensure accuracy.
• Identify data gaps and propose reporting improvements.
• Document reporting logic, data sources, and metric definitions.
• Monitor data quality and escalate issues affecting reporting.
