Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle. You will partner with Revenue Cycle leadership and the Business Intelligence team to ensure accurate, actionable reporting across PMS and BI systems.

Responsibilities include extracting data from PMS (Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental), validating outputs, and developing standardized metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data analysis, reporting, or healthcare/dental analytics.
• Experience with practice management systems such as Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental.
• Proficient in Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Extracts and compiles data from practice management systems to support reporting.
• Pulls ad hoc and recurring reports for Revenue Cycle leadership and operations.
• Defines KPI requirements and performance tracking with leadership.
• Supports design, development, and refinement of dashboards and reports.
• Validates reports against source data for accuracy and consistency.
• Identifies reporting gaps and supports standardization of KPI definitions.
• Maintains documentation of reporting logic, data sources, and metrics.
