Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting and data integrity across the revenue cycle. This role partners with Finance and IT to develop standardized metrics and reliable performance insights.

You will extract data from practice management systems, validate outputs, and help build dashboards with Power BI while ensuring data quality and consistency across systems. Remote-friendly with nationwide eligibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or healthcare analytics.
• Experience with revenue cycle workflows and KPIs.
• Experience with PMS systems such as Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and ad hoc requests.
• College degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Extracts and compiles data from PMS to support reporting needs.
• Validates reporting outputs and ensures data accuracy.
• Partners with leadership to define KPI requirements and tracking methodologies.
• Supports dashboard development with Power BI and analytics teams.
• Audits reports against source data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Identifies gaps in reporting and proposes enhancements for visibility.
• Documents reporting logic, data sources, and metric definitions.
• Monitors data quality and integrity across systems.
