Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle. The role involves extracting data from practice management systems, validating outputs, and helping to define standardized performance metrics that drive data-driven decision-making.

You will collaborate with the BI team and cross-functional partners to design dashboards, monitor data quality, and provide timely leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, revenue cycle operations, or related healthcare/dental analytics roles.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).

Responsibilities

• Extracts and compiles data from practice management systems to support reporting needs.
• Validates outputs and assists in data quality assurance for dashboards.
• Partners with leadership to define KPI requirements and performance tracking methodologies.
• Supports design and refinement of dashboards with Power BI and analytics teams.
• Maintains documentation on reporting logic, data sources, and metrics definitions.
