Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle function. You will extract data from practice management systems, validate outputs, and help define KPI requirements and performance tracking.

This role partners with the BI team to design dashboards and ensure accurate, actionable reporting. The position offers remote eligibility in many states and requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, with 2+ years in

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, revenue cycle operations, or related healthcare/dental analytics roles.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows and key performance metrics preferred.
• Experience with practice management systems such as Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and/or Open Dental preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation) required.

Responsibilities

• Extracts and compiles data from practice management systems to support operational and leadership reporting needs.
• Pulls ad hoc and recurring manual reports from PMS systems to support leadership, Finance, and Operations.
• Partners with leadership to define reporting needs, KPI requirements, and performance tracking methodologies.
• Collaborates with Power BI and analytics teams to design, develop, and refine dashboards and outputs.
• Validates and audits Power BI reports against source data to ensure accuracy.
• Identifies data discrepancies and works with teams to resolve issues.
• Supports standardization of KPI definitions and reporting methodologies across teams.
