Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle function. This role partners with Revenue Cycle leadership and the BI team to deliver accurate reporting across systems and drive data-informed decisions.

You will extract data from PMS, validate outputs, identify gaps, and help standardize KPI definitions and reporting methodologies. Remote work is possible in listed states.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data analysis, reporting, or healthcare analytics.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows and KPIs.
• Experience with PMS systems: Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft or Open Dental.
• Proficient in Power BI and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Extracts and aggregates data from PMS to support reporting needs.
• Validates outputs and partners with leadership to define KPI requirements.
• Supports dashboard design, development, and refinement with BI teams.
• Audits reports against source data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Documents reporting logic and data sources for transparency.
