Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle. You will extract data from PMS, validate outputs, and help standardize KPI definitions.

You will collaborate with Revenue Cycle leadership and the Business Intelligence team to develop dashboards in Power BI, ensure data accuracy, and enable data-driven decision-making across practice locations. Remote eligibility in multiple states is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related healthcare/dental analytics.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows and KPIs.
• Experience with practice management systems such as Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Extracts and compiles data from PMS to support reporting needs.
• Validates outputs and resolves data discrepancies.
• Supports KPI definition and performance tracking methodologies.
• Partner with IT and analytics teams to refine dashboards.
• Monitor data quality and integrity across systems.
• Prepare data for leadership presentations.
• Document reporting logic and data sources.
