Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle. You will extract data from PMS, validate outputs, and help standardize KPI definitions to enable data-driven decisions.

The role partners with IT and analytics teams to design dashboards (Power BI), review data quality, and provide actionable insights across multiple practices. Remote work eligibility applies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of data analysis, reporting, or healthcare analytics experience.
• Experience with PMS systems such as Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental preferred.
• Proficient in Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Extracts and compiles data from practice management systems to support reporting needs.
• Pulls ad hoc and recurring reports to support leadership and operations.
• Defines reporting needs, KPI requirements, and performance tracking methodologies.
• Supports design and refinement of dashboards and reporting outputs with Power BI.
• Validates reports against source data to ensure accuracy.
