Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle function. You will extract data from PMS systems, validate outputs, and help standardize KPI definitions to drive data-driven decisions.

The role collaborates with IT and BI teams to ensure accurate reporting and will work across multiple systems. Remote work eligibility is available in several states, including Virginia.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, revenue cycle operations, or related healthcare/dental analytics roles.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows and KPIs.
• Experience with practice management systems (Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental).
• Proficiency with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Extracts and compiles data from practice management systems to support operational and leadership reporting needs.
• Picks ad hoc and recurring manual reports to support Revenue Cycle leadership, Finance, and Operations.
• Defines reporting needs, KPI requirements, and performance tracking methodologies with leadership.
• Supports design, development, and refinement of dashboards and reporting outputs with Power BI teams.
• Validates Power BI reports against source PMS data for accuracy and consistency.
• Identifies data discrepancies and resolves issues across systems.
