Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle. You will extract data from practice management systems, validate outputs, and help standardize KPI definitions and dashboards.

Collaborating with Revenue Cycle leadership, BI teams, and IT, you will ensure accurate, actionable insights that drive data-driven decisions across the organization. Remote-friendly role with core business hours in US Eastern time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, revenue cycle operations, or related healthcare/dental analytics roles.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows and key performance metrics preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Extracts and compiles data from practice management systems to support reporting needs.
• Pulls ad hoc and recurring manual reports for leadership, Finance, and Operations.
• Partners with leadership to define KPI requirements and performance tracking methodologies.
• Works with Power BI and analytics teams to design dashboards and outputs.
• Validates Power BI reports against source data to ensure accuracy.
