Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle. You will extract data from practice management systems, validate outputs, and help develop standardized performance metrics to enable data-driven decisions.

This role partners with IT and BI teams, supports dashboard design, and ensures accuracy of AR aging, collections, posting timing, and productivity metrics where possible.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data analysis, reporting, revenue cycle, or healthcare/dental analytics
• Experience with revenue cycle workflows and KPIs preferred
• Experience with PMS systems (Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) preferred
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools preferred
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Data Analytics or related field or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Extracts and compiles data from PMS to support reporting needs.
• Pulls ad hoc and recurring reports for leadership, Finance, and Operations.
• Partner with Revenue Cycle leadership to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
• Collaborates with Power BI/analytics teams to design dashboards and outputs.
• Validates reports against source data to ensure accuracy.
• Identifies data discrepancies and works cross-functionally to resolve them.
• Supports standardization of KPI definitions and reporting methodologies.
• Maintains documentation on data sources and reporting logic.
• Monitors data quality and integrity across systems.
