Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle. You will extract data from PMS systems, validate outputs, and help standardize KPI definitions to enable data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with IT, BI teams, and practice leadership to design dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and improve visibility into revenue cycle performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, revenue cycle operations, or related healthcare/dental analytics roles.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows and KPI metrics.

Responsibilities

• Extracts and compiles data from practice management systems to support operational and leadership reporting needs.
• Pulls ad hoc and recurring manual reports from PMS systems for leadership, Finance, and Operations.
• Partners with Revenue Cycle leadership to define reporting needs, KPI requirements, and performance tracking methodologies.
• Validates and audits Power BI reports and other outputs against source data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identifies discrepancies between reporting systems and source data and works to resolve issues.
• Supports standardization of KPI definitions and reporting methodologies across teams.
