Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle function. You will extract data from practice management systems, validate outputs, and help develop standardized, reliable performance metrics to enable data-driven decisions.

You will partner with Revenue Cycle leadership and the BI team to design dashboards, audit outputs, and promote standardized KPI definitions across systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and healthcare revenue cycle reporting.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).
• Familiarity with practice management systems (Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental).
• Strong data accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Extracts and compiles data from practice management systems to support reporting needs.
• Validates reports and ensures data integrity across systems.
• Partners with Revenue Cycle leadership to define KPI requirements and tracking methodologies.
• Supports dashboards design with Power BI and analytics teams.
• Audits Power BI outputs against source PMS data to ensure accuracy.
• Standardizes KPI definitions and reporting methodologies across teams.
• Maintains documentation related to reporting logic and data sources.
• Monitors data quality and escalates issues impacting reporting accuracy.
• Assists with data preparation for leadership presentations and reviews.
