Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle function. This role serves as a key partner to Revenue Cycle leadership and the Business Intelligence team, ensuring accurate, consistent, and actionable reporting across systems.

The Revenue Cycle Analyst will extract data from practice management systems, validate reporting outputs, identify gaps, and support standardized performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data analysis/reporting/revenue cycle experience or related healthcare analytics.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows and KPI metrics preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).

Responsibilities

• Extracts and compiles data from PMS to support reporting.
• Pulls ad hoc and recurring reports for leadership and operations.
• Partner with leadership to define reporting needs, KPIs, and tracking methods.
• Support dashboard design and refinement with Power BI and analytics teams.
• Validate Power BI outputs against source data for accuracy.
• Identify gaps and issues across reporting systems and propose improvements.
