Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle. You will extract data from PMS, validate outputs, and help standardize KPI definitions to enable data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with Revenue Cycle leadership, Finance, and IT to design dashboards, validate data, and ensure accuracy across systems. Remote work is eligible in many states.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, revenue cycle operations, or related healthcare/dental analytics roles.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows and KPIs.
• Experience with practice management systems (Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental).
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and maintain data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Extracts and compiles data from PMS to support reporting needs.
• Pulls ad hoc and recurring reports for leadership, Finance, and Operations.
• Partner with leadership to define KPI requirements and performance tracking.
• Support design, development, and refinement of dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Validate reports against source data to ensure accuracy.
• Identify data gaps and discrepancies, working cross-functionally to resolve them.
• Standardize KPI definitions and reporting methodologies across teams.
• Document reporting logic, data sources, and metric definitions.
• Monitor data quality and escalate issues impacting reporting accuracy.
• Assist with data preparation for leadership presentations and reviews.
• Collaborate with IT on data initiatives and reporting enhancements.
