Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Manager, Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics to lead change across the revenue cycle, coordinating with operational leaders and stakeholders under the VP's direction. The role drives program rollouts, policy and tech changes, and process improvements with actionable plans and KPI validation.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of revenue cycle experience (or 9 years in lieu of degree) and strong EPIC knowledge. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years' Revenue Cycle experience.
• In lieu of advanced degree: 9 years' Revenue Cycle experience required.
• 2 years Management experience required.
• 2 years Reporting/Analytics preferred.
• Experience identifying gaps in data or system requirements and collaborating with technical stakeholders to drive change.
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Drive change initiatives across the revenue cycle.
• Lead project management for major program rollouts with work plans and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and Analytics to align stakeholders and outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure meaningful impact on the business model.
