Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Manager of Revenue Cycle Optimization and Analytics in Harrisonburg, VA. The role drives change initiatives across the revenue cycle, collaborating with operational leaders and IT to improve KPIs and implement policy, technology, and process changes.

You will lead program rollouts, document issues, and ensure stakeholders are aligned. Remote opportunity available; requires strong EPIC experience and at least 2 years in leadership or analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years' Revenue Cycle experience.
• In lieu of advanced degree: 9 years' Revenue Cycle experience required.
• 2 years management experience required.
• 2 years reporting/analytics preferred.
• Experience identifying data gaps and collaborating with tech stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC.
