Job summary

Sentara RMH Medical Center is seeking a Manager of Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics to drive change across the revenue cycle. The role collaborates with operational leaders and IT/Analytics to implement policy, technology, and process improvements, with a focus on measurable KPI impact.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of revenue cycle experience (or 9 years without an advanced degree) and 2 years of management experience. Strong EPIC knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years' Revenue Cycle experience
• In lieu of advanced degree: 9 years' Revenue Cycle experience required
• 2 years Management experience required
• 2 years Reporting/Analytics preferred
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC

Responsibilities

• Drives change initiatives throughout the revenue cycle.
• Leads project management for major program rollouts (policy, technology, process changes).
• Collaborates with operational leaders and IT/Analytics to implement change.
• Learns and tracks operational KPIs to measure impact on business model.
• Identifies data or system gaps and aligns stakeholders to address them.
