Job summary

Sentara RMH Medical Center seeks a Manager of Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics to lead change initiatives across the revenue cycle. This role collaborates with operational leaders and the VP to drive KPI improvements through policy changes, technology updates, and process improvements.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of revenue cycle experience (or 9 years without), and at least 2 years of management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years' Revenue Cycle experience, or 9 years in lieu of advanced degree.
• 2 years Management experience required.
• 2 years Reporting/Analytics preferred.
• Experience identifying gaps in data or system requirements and collaborating with appropriate technical stakeholders to effect change.
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Lead change initiatives across the revenue cycle to drive KPI improvements.
• Manage project rollouts for policy, technology, and process changes with clear work plans and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure issues addressed and stakeholders engaged.
• Track and analyze operational KPIs to demonstrate impact and inform data/system requirements.
