Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems. You will audit CRM data, resolve inconsistencies, and document governance for SaaS platforms.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and precise data management to optimize billing, CPQ, and ticketing workflows. The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience, strong technical knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, and Dynamics 365, and proven ability to drive CRM governance

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
