Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Revenue Analytics professional to drive analyses, reporting, and data solutions across Revenue segments. You will partner with Client Success and Marketplace teams, build dashboards, and run experiments to demonstrate value.

The role requires strong SQL, data visualization skills, and the ability to craft narratives for stakeholders. Remote-friendly with competitive base pay and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an analytically-driven role (consulting, finance, analytics, etc.).
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau).
• Aptitude to learn Python; experience with AI tools for analytics (Cursor, Claude Code) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Optimize decisions and execution with analyses and communicate to partners.
• Be the data SME for Revenue segments and merchants for point-of-sale and Marketplace.
• Create business cases, insights, and dashboards; run experiments to engage merchants.
• Provide internal analyses to assess Revenue performance and inform strategy.
• Define KPIs, benchmarks, and data sources to enable actionable insights.
• Guide cross-functional teams and drive end-to-end analytics projects.
• Propose, monitor, and contextualize experiment design and execution.
