Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Revenue Analytics professional to optimize decisions with data-driven insights. You will partner with Client Success and Marketplace teams, build dashboards, run experiments, and deliver scalable analytics solutions across Revenue and external merchants.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in analytics, strong SQL and data visualization skills, and familiarity with AI analytics tools. We offer a remote-first environment with broad US coverage and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytically-driven role.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills.
• Experience with AI tools for analytics.
• Ability to craft narratives for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be a strategic partner with the data SME for Revenue segments and merchants for their POS and Marketplace.
• Create business cases, insights, and dashboards, and run experiments to engage merchants and demonstrate value.
• Create internal analyses to assess Revenue performance, drive recommendations, and inform decisions.
• Scale common use cases by standardizing analytics infrastructure and automating dashboards and analyses.
• Define KPIs, performance benchmarks, and methodologies; work with unstructured and structured data sources; provide analytics guidance to a cross-functional team.
• Propose, monitor, and contextualize experiment design and execution to quantify value and inform GTM optimizations.
