Munters, a global leader in energy efficient air treatment solutions, seeks a Retrofit Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region. Remote-from-home position with limited travel will manage service sales for Retrofit installations and drive growth in the service business.

You will collaborate with engineering, applications, and sales teams to prepare quotes, proposals, and close orders while maintaining cost and schedule targets. Travel is light, typically 1–2 trips per quarter.

Competenze

• Three to five years of experience in project management within a capital equipment environment.
• Experience with HVAC components and systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Leadership to manage projects end-to-end.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools and CRM programs.

Mansioni

• Manage service sales activities for Retrofit installations with minimal travel.
• Establish rapport and build relationships with key customer contacts in the region.
• Prepare RFE estimates and proposals; develop quotations as needed.
• Present to customers and sales channels; negotiate terms and close orders.
• Forecast orders and sales monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Coordinate with engineering and applications teams to ensure RFE viability.
• Travel approximately 1–2 trips per quarter as required.
