Job summary

Munters Corporation is seeking an Retrofit Engineering Manager to lead the Data Center Technology engineering efforts across our Daleville, VA and Selma, TX facilities. The role reports to the Systems Integration & Controls Manager and will supervise a team of engineers and remote workers.

Responsibilities include guiding RFEs and retrofits, coordinating with engineering groups, and driving new revenue opportunities through controls parts, services, and product introductions.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple engineering groups.
• Familiarity with data center control systems and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Senior Controls Technicians and engineering staff in VA and TX facilities.
• Coordinate RFEs, retrofits, ISTs, and ADC databases with cross-functional teams.
• Develop strategic plans for controls development and data center control strategies.
• Review and update standards per Service Engineering Director guidance.
• Engage with Sales/Service teams and customers to identify value-added control features.
• Travel to factories and customer sites as needed to support new products and controls deployments.
