Job summary

ANDRITZ is seeking a Retrofit & Upgrade Sales Manager to drive growth in air pollution control systems. The role combines strategic business development, technical solution selling, and account management to support both existing customers and new opportunities.

Based in Alpharetta, GA with flexibility for remote work near major airports, you will own the sales process from identification to closure, build a strong pipeline, and coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial sales experience in relevant markets.
• Proven success in selling retrofits, upgrades, and modernization projects.
• Travel up to 20-30% domestically and internationally.
• Experience developing technical proposals and negotiating agreements.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify retrofit and upgrade opportunities across installed base and target accounts.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasts.
• Lead proposals, contract negotiations, and order closure.
• Maintain relationships with environmental managers and plant personnel.
• Collaborate with engineering to define project scope and requirements.
• Represent the company at industry events and manage customer communications.
