TEKsystems is seeking a remote contract-to-hire associate in Milwaukee, WI to handle retirement-related inquiries. You will manage 25-50 daily calls from customers and partners, using Salesforce and multiple applications with strong phone empathy.

Candidates should have customer service or call center experience, preferably in life/retirement benefits, plus the ability to navigate several systems and provide clear information.

Formación

• Customer service experience in retail/service industries preferred.
• Call center and life/retirement/benefits experience preferred.
• Strong soft skills for phone relationships, empathy, and handling escalated calls.

Responsabilidades

• Take 25-50 calls per day on retirement questions and assistance.
• Handle calls from financial partners, agents, and customers.
• Address inquiries on new business applications, in-force policy questions, and product information.
• Use Salesforce and other systems daily; pivot between programs.
