Job summary

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate in a role focused on selling Retirement Services 401(k) solutions over the phone using virtual technologies. You’ll connect with new and existing clients to drive retirement readiness while enjoying a structured, Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend work and the potential for uncapped commissions.

As you ramp up, you’ll benefit from top-notch sales training, ongoing development, and opportunities for advancement within a global tech leader.

Qualifications

• Prior quota-carrying experience preferred.
• Licensing such as SIE and FINRA Series 6/63 is a plus; licensing within 45 days considered.
• Demonstrated ability to build a network via social platforms.
• Experience with video platforms.

Responsibilities

• Sell ADP Retirement Services 401(k) solutions over the phone using virtual technologies.
• Meet daily dials, talk-time, and appointment-setting goals.
• Work with a flexible schedule and participate in a team with strong onboarding and mentorship.
