Job summary

Fairygodboss is seeking a Sales Representative for Retirement Services in Charlotte, NC. You will be responsible for selling ADP's 401(k) solutions, connecting with clients to enhance their retirement readiness.

You will sell ADP's Retirement Services 401(k) solutions. With training you will connect with new and existing clients to sell products that help employees reach retirement readiness.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Proven winner—2+ years of outside business‑to‑business sales experience, prospecting, and territory management.
• Positive self‑starter—upbeat, persistent, able to cold call, manage time, and present ideas clearly in person and over the phone.
• Team player—work independently and collaborate with other ADP Sales Associates.
• Trusted advisor—build relationships, live integrity, and deliver on promises every time.

Education and Experience

• A college degree is great but not required; relevant experience includes two or more years of quota‑carrying, outside business‑to‑business sales experience.
• Military experience—ADP values the discipline and problem‑solving skills veterans bring.

Preferred Qualifications

• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and FINRA Series 6 and 63 licensing is a plus; candidates with strong sales acumen may be considered pending appropriate licensing within the first 45 days of employment.
