You will sell ADP's Retirement Services 401(k) solutions. With training you will connect with new and existing clients to sell products that help employees reach retirement readiness.

Responsibilities

• Grow our business while growing yours—work independently and collaborate within your geography to close sales and meet goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans—implement a sales strategy targeted to decision‑makers and business owners.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family—cultivate additional business within existing accounts and build lasting friendships.

Qualifications

• Proven winner—2+ years of outside business‑to‑business sales experience, prospecting, and territory management.
• Positive self‑starter—upbeat, persistent, able to cold call, manage time, and present ideas clearly in person and over the phone.
• Team player—work independently and collaborate with other ADP Sales Associates.
• Trusted advisor—build relationships, live integrity, and deliver on promises every time.

Education and Experience

• A college degree is great but not required; relevant experience includes two or more years of quota‑carrying, outside business‑to‑business sales experience.
• Military experience—ADP values the discipline and problem‑solving skills veterans bring.

Preferred Qualifications

• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and FINRA Series 6 and 63 licensing is a plus; candidates with strong sales acumen may be considered pending appropriate licensing within the first 45 days of employment.
