Job summary

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate in Tempe, AZ, to sell Retirement Services 401(k) solutions over the phone using virtual technologies. With strong training, you’ll connect with new and existing clients and drive results in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You’ll focus on daily dial targets, talk-time, and appointments while enjoying autonomy, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a path to growth in a stable, industry-leading tech company with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Prior quota-carrying experience.
• SIE and FINRA Series 6/63 licensing is a plus; candidates considered with licensing within 45 days.
• Demonstrated ability to build a network via social platforms.
• Experience with video platforms.

Responsibilities

• Sell ADP Retirement Services 401(k) solutions over the phone using virtual technologies.
• Meet daily goals on dials, talk-time, and appointments set.
• Autonomy with a set Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends.
• Be part of a stable, industry-leading sales team in a tech company.
