Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to deliver objective guidance aligned with sponsor and employee needs. The role offers an incentive bonus based on predefined plan metrics and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include conducting enrollment meetings, facilitating education sessions, and supporting campaigns to boost participation and deferral rates. This remote position may travel up to 25% across the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Series 7/66 licenses preferred and applicable state licenses required.
• CFP/ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to explain plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Support annual plan reviews and financial education planning with stakeholders.
• Assist with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation and options.
• Travel up to 25% as territory requires.
