Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees enrolled in retirement plans. The role offers a bonus opportunity tied to plan metrics and client satisfaction.

You will conduct enrollment meetings, age-based financial education, and literacy sessions, supporting participation and asset growth across diverse client bases. Remote work is available with regional travel expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate regarding plan participation.
• Travel dependent on your territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
