Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance to plan sponsors and employees eligible for the applicable retirement savings program. The role is remote and full-time with a bonus opportunity based on plan metrics and client satisfaction.

You will conduct individual and group presentations, participate in benefit fairs and orientations, support annual plan reviews, and collaborate with Relationship Managers to increase participation and deferral rates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video technology, to improve awareness of plan features and to grow plan assets.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate employees regarding plan participation.
• Travel dependent on your territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
