Job summary

Corebridge Financial, Inc. in the United States seeks a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance for plan sponsors and employees in qualified retirement plans.

It is a remote role with an incentive bonus opportunity based on plan metrics and client satisfaction. You will conduct enrollment meetings, participate in benefit fairs, and educate participants, while collaborating with Relationship Managers to drive participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with relevant financial services background.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required; state insurance licenses required.
• CFP or ChFC designation is desirable; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to educate on plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Engage in annual plan reviews and financial education planning.
• Assist relationships manager with education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation and enrollment.
• Travel dependent on territory for new plan enrollments.
