Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to deliver objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees eligible for the retirement savings program. The role includes conducting enrollment meetings, financial education sessions, and targeted campaigns to boost participation and deferral rates.

A bonus opportunity is available based on plan metrics and client satisfaction. Remote work is designated for this position with travel up to 25% across the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Series 7, Series 66 licenses and appropriate state insurance licenses preferred/required
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable
• Must have excellent presentation skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to educate about plan features and grow plan assets
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations
• Participate in annual plan review and financial education planning
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District VP with education campaigns to increase participation and deferrals
• Meet with participants to educate about plan participation
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new enrollments
