Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant who will provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees eligible for the applicable retirement savings plan. The role offers an incentive bonus based on plan metrics and client satisfaction.

You will conduct presentations (in person or via video), participate in benefit fairs, and support education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 are preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses are required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to explain plan features and grow plan assets.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning.
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate about plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
