Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsor and employee needs. The role includes delivering presentations, participating in education campaigns, and traveling up to 25% for new enrollments.

An incentive bonus is available based on plan metrics and client satisfaction. The position supports remote work with travel as required, offers a competitive benefits package, and requires Series 7/66 and state licenses; CFP/ChFC

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District VP with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate employees regarding plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
