Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance for plan sponsors and employees. The role includes delivering presentations, educating participants, and supporting plan enrollment efforts. A strong background in financial planning, licenses, and client-facing skills is required.

This position is remote within the United States, with up to 25% travel. The role offers bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, and company-provided technology to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and relevant state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to explain plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist in annual plan reviews and education planning.
• Collaborate with Relationship Manager to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate about plan participation.
• Travel may be required for new plan enrollments.
