Job summary

Empower Retirement, LLC is seeking a state-licensed education counselor to deliver on-site and virtual education and enrollment sessions for defined contribution plans. You will drive enrollment actions and collaborate with plan sponsors, while managing travel and schedule logistics across your territory.

The role requires strong presentation skills, 2–4 years in financial services, and familiarity with Salesforce and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations within timelines; preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant financial services experience.
• Strong presentation skills and MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with Salesforce and Teams is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and virtual education and enrollment presentations.
• Drive plan enrollment, deferrals, and rollovers to improve outcomes.
• Maintain relationships with plan sponsors and internal stakeholders.
• Log meetings, attendees, and outcomes; complete reporting timely.
• Attend client meetings and participate in finals presentations for prospects.
