Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant II to deliver objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees. The role involves presenting enrollment meetings, educating on plan features, and supporting outreach campaigns.

Travel up to 25% may be required, with remote work options currently in place. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree (preferred), licenses (Series 7/66 or state licenses), and CFP/ChFC designations are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses are required.
• CFP/ChFC or similar designations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations on plan features to grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Support education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation and options.
