Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance to plan sponsors and employees in a remote capacity. You will deliver presentations and participate in education campaigns to improve plan participation and deferral rates.

Responsibilities include education campaigns, annual plan reviews, and collaborating with Relationship Managers to drive plan assets. Travel up to 50% may be required, with bonus opportunities based on plan metrics and client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable
• Must have excellent presentation skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video, to educate on plan features and grow assets
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations
• Assist with annual plan reviews and education planning
• Support targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new plan enrollments
