Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors is seeking a Financial Education Coordinator to support retirement plan education programs for plan participants. The role collaborates with advisors, internal teams, and plan sponsors to coordinate meetings, prepare participant materials, and clearly communicate plan benefits.

The position requires coordinating schedules, producing promotional materials, and maintaining ongoing client engagement to promote financial wellness and 401(k) understanding.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating retirement plan education programs for plan participants.
• Strong communication and coordination with advisors, teams, and sponsors.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; financial background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handles all support functions for the client’s financial well-being initiative, including managing emails/voicemails and data entry.
• Manages meeting input and availability in the RPAG system and schedules meetings.
• Coordinates implementation calls and ongoing client communications for financial wellness programs.
• Supports Financial Professionals with events calendar and appointment logistics.
• Produces promotional materials (emails, flyers) for events.
• Maintains client relationship activities and ongoing oversight of each client’s financial wellness program.
