Job summary

Empower LLC is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to deliver on-site and virtual education and enrollment presentations to 401(k)/403(b)/Government 457 plan participants across the Louisiana territory. The role supports the Relationship Management team and requires travel within the territory.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in financial services, strong presentation skills, and FINRA Series 6/63 registrations with fingerprinting. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• 2–4 years relevant financial services experience.
• Strong presentation skills required.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams required.
• Strong relationship building and territory management skills.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations within established timelines required.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate communication and education strategies by conducting virtual and on-site group meetings.
• Drive participants to take measurable actions to improve their retirement outcomes (enrollment, deferrals, rollovers).
• Achieve business results and meet service level agreements.
• Complete reporting requirements and log meetings, attendees, outcomes.
